Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show 2018, Show Garden

In 2018 we were selected as a finalist in the Boutique Gardens Competition at the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show. As a result we were given the opportunity to bring our design to life at the festival. Our design was based around the concept of using raw, rustic and recycled materials throughout a small space.
We accomplished this by creating a warm and inviting space using materials like recycled railway sleepers and bricks, sandstone, bluestone, corten steel and de-form bar.
Throughout the space we used a solely native plant palette in an attempt to help tie the theme together from start to finish. Several large Xanthorreas were the stars of our planting design along with a Baby Blue Eucalyptus tree. Such plantings were then softened with groupings of Banksia Birthday Candles, Acacia Lime Lights, Ficinia Nodosa, Eremophila and Lomandra.

ILLAWARRA
We design and construct landscapes that are sensitive to the stunning locations of this particular region, from escarpment foothills and coastal clifftops to rural pasture lands.
WOLLONGONG
Our experience across the Illawarra has led us to adapt our design to various locations across Wollongong.
